CCDC  Parent Association

Our organization consists of parents whose children currently attend CCDC and exists to support the teachers, staff, and families of CCDC. This is a great place where parents can connect with one another and donate their time and talents to provide the little extras that help make CCDC a wonderful place. This includes planning our annual community events, teacher appreciation, and fundraising.

The Parent Association operates under the supervision of the CCDC Board and School Director, and hopes to create a fun, warm, and inviting atmosphere. The desire is for each parent to find a role in supporting the school to whatever extent they can offer because, every parent’s contribution makes a difference in our school.

Importance Of Fundraising

As a result of successful fundraising, the Parent Association has been able to provide many valuable improvements to our school. This include security cameras, monitoring systems for front and back entrances, hand-washing stations, laptops for teachers to use on school projects and lesson planning, benches on the playground, new glass door at back entrance, and bathroom renovations.

Sustained parent involvement will allow the Parent Association to continue to provide the special resources that enrich each family’s experience at CCDC for years to come.
